Ring the Bell

Hi everyone - I'll add more Christmas pictures tomorrow, but here's a bit of video from this afternoon as we took down the tree. Jack is playing with one of our bell ornaments.

More pictures of Jack

These ones were take a couple of weeks ago in Wetaskiwin. The first is Jack with Grandma Lindahl and the second one is Jack with Auntie Andrea.

The shirt says "Hug Me". How can you resist?

Here's a video . . . hopefully

Here's my first attempt to add a video to the blog. Hope it works. Jack had just let out the world's biggest burp and he thought it was pretty funny!

Halloween

We spent last night at the mall, since Byron had to work. Here's our adorable little penguin:

And here are a couple of the kids from our baby class reunion last Saturday.

Yesterday in Cochrane

Byron had a couple of days off work, so yesterday we decided to make a day trip out to Cochrane. Here are some of the pictures we took at the museum:

More Jack pictures

Sorry it's been a couple of weeks. It's been so busy. Fun, but busy! Jack is doing so well. He's sleeping between 6 and 7 hours at night and is starting to smile when we talk to him. Here are some of our favorite pictures from the last couple of weeks:

More pictures

I can't believe that Jack will already be three weeks tomorrow! He's doing so well - eating and sleeping lots. The last couple of days have been a bit fussy, but I think that's because there aren't as many arms around to rock him to sleep, so he's got to figure it out on his own.

He's here!!

Sorry for the delay in getting this news up. Things didn't exactly happen the way we had planned. Jack was born last Thursday via c-section after a very long 30 or so hours of labour. We're guessing he just liked it too much in there and wasn't coming out! He weighed in at 9lb 4oz and was 22" long. We think he's amazing and beautiful - but then, we may be a little biased.
